Multi-channel kit: Dual channel kit
Tested speed: 3600MHz
Latency tested: 18-22-22-42
Voltage tested: 1.35V
Recorded/unrecorded: Unbuffered
Error checking: Non-CEC
SPD Speed: 2133MHz
SPD voltage: 1.20V

Yes, this configuration should work, you would need to overclock the RAM to get the full 3600MHz, however we do not recommend this. It is probably better to use one with 2666MHz.
