Specifically, it's usually the other way round. I would say no, but I would ask Galaxus support or Samsung about this.
The device has a USB-A port, but only for updates

When wiring HDMI to USB-C, the connected device is not charged via USB-C. Charging is only possible via USB-C to USB-C.
