I'm so pissed off, I went to Digitec today to pick up the monitor and asked the salesperson twice if a CH power cable was included, but they said I didn't need one.

Just contact the customer service so that they can send you a suitable cable or adapter. Using the question function here for such requests and whining about it makes little sense...
