In the brochure, under "Functions under IOS", there is no mention of volume control! Is that really the case?

"The microphone and call function are compatible with Android and iOS
systems." Have you by any chance tried to use this headset with its functions with a Windows Phone at Digitec? Again, it would be a shame if you couldn't...

Yes, the volume buttons do not work on iOS devices.
