Internet radio suddenly no longer works, station lists are no longer displayed -> network timeout Internet connection is ok (access to music player works) I have already reset the factory settings -> no success. There seems to be a problem with the Flow Live ?? does anyone have any idea ???

I have had similar problems in the last two weeks. With Internet Radio, 7 out of 10 times I got the message that the device was not registered. When I added stations to my favourites via Flow Live, I was never shown all the stations (when the device was able to register) (they were visible on the app). Firmware updates are not possible (for this model). My conclusion: The device cannot be used as advertised by the manufacturer. The response times are also insufficient. I will definitely never buy Pure products again.
