Well it depend a lot on what kind of computer you have, none can tell you if it is enough or not just by knowing you have windows 10.

Generally if you have a computer you buy already build, the alimentation is enough for the computer but rarely for an additional graphic card.

So yes could be enough if you already have a graphic card and you're gonna replace it with this one, but i doubt, i would recommand you to buy a 450W Power supply, to be sure it work properly.
