Is it enough if I use the Artic Freezer 13 cooler with the "i7 7700k"?

Ciao Unknown ;-)

Under the reviews of the Arctic Freezer 13 you will find some helpful answers and tips that might help you.
It always depends on whether you want to overclock the CPU or simply run it at the normal clock speed. The application area also plays a role (office, gaming, image editing).
For office applications, surfing, etc., the Arctic Freezer 13 will certainly suffice.

Here is an alternative (8-UNG, very high --> check compatibility with your case):
be quiet! Dark Rock 3 (16cm)

A slightly more expensive but in my eyes also very good solution is an all-in-one water cooling system for your CPU. The cooling is fantastic and even under load the temperatures stay low. However, I would only recommend water cooling if you play games or edit and render photos/videos.
All-in-one water cooling: NZXT Kraken x62 incl. AM4

I hope I could help you.

Well I can only agree with Whitelemur, I use the same CPU with a Corsair AiO and have overclocked the CPU to 4.8 GHz. It is always well cooled :)

It always depends on what you want to do. Basically it's enough, but unfortunately the 7th generation is a little warm/hot anyway. As long as you don't overclock and you don't have heat build-up in the case, it's fine.
