Is it normal that no matter what game is started the graphics card immediately explodes to 100% utilisation? Temps are fine with an average of 50° but it worries me a little, especially since I've had it with me for a week now😅

Yes, this is normal. Set V Sync to 60 hz at low resolution and your load on the GPU will disappear. Higher load on the GPU = more FPS ;)
