With iTunes, no. However, if you have sorted all your music via iTunes, your entire music collection is in the iTunesMedia folder on your PC. You can simply drag this folder onto the player. (Since the Sony player works like a "USB stick"). Otherwise, you can use the Music Center programme from Sony. (It is similar to iTunes + it has a function where you can download album information and covers of all titles, which only works with purchased albums in iTunes).
However, the programme is as slow as iTunes, at least for me.

Since iTunes embeds the ratings in the file (mp3tags), they should also be visible on the Sony. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm this from my own experience, as I do not use the rating function :)
