Is it possible to use the very good Google customer service in the phone settings with the Pixel despite the import? I had a Nexus 6P and the 24/7 customer service was just great. Even in repair/warranty cases! But I'm afraid that wouldn't work here... Has anyone had any experience?

as far as I can see unfortunately no...have also wondered why this is not active...maybe it's because they are import devices and officially not available in CH?

The support chat was available for me. Only the exchange of a defective device could not take place directly via Google, or the new device would have had to be sent to an address in Germany. But the chat itself could be used.
