Is the Huawei P30 Lite still compatible with google? Are the services such as Play Store, google maps etc. still usable or installable with a new purchase?

The updates to Google Apps can no longer be completed. I will have to replace my P30 lite. The defect has been bothering me for about 3 weeks.
