Is the keyboard without cable as fast as with or is there a delay because digitec only has the keyboard without cable?

The thing is, no cable is not the same as no cable. If you use the keyboard with the supplied USB-C dongle, there is no delay, with a transmission time of 1ms, but 8ms via Bluetooth.
Optionally, you can use the supplied USB charging cable as a connection cable.
