External power supply unit is included. CPU cooler is not. An AMD Wraith Stealth fits if you take off the bezel. Otherwise, I can recommend the Noctua NH-L9a-AM4.

I can confirm that the CPU cooler was supplied, even though I didn't use it. The power supply was also supplied, with an interchangeable EU format cable, I don't remember if it was with this case for which they had added a Swiss cable.

In my case, the power supply unit and CPU cooler were included. However, I followed the recommendations of c't magazine and bought the Silvretta Alpenföhn CPU cooler. I have not regretted it. It cools well and is not audible.
