I bought the radio for my blind mum. It has 5 station preset buttons with a recessed number. The start/stop button also has a symbol (circle with a line).
The radio can be completely switched to blind mode in the settings. However, my mum only uses the pre-programmed stations. I do the tuning in normal mode.
However, there is one small drawback; my mum always presses the memory buttons for too long. She then reprogrammes the channels. But I think this is due to her arthritic fingers.

Unfortunately, I cannot see any specific accommodations. But if you preprogram 5 saved stations, you can operate it easily.
