Is the specified product height (height = 382.90 mm) measured from the table to the top edge of the screen including the base? My secretary in which I want to place the screen measures exactly 38.4 cm, can I assume that it will fit exactly?

The screen is height adjustable. At the lowest height it measures 37.5cm Table to ok Ramen
