Enough for my 3900X but I would consider the Noctua D-15 if I were you.

In my opinion, quite clearly no. I would recommend the Gigabyte Aorus ATC800 CPU cooler, which is a mega nice thing with good cooling and is also quiet. If that should be too much RGB, you can also separate cables from each RGB part separately. Otherwise I can recommend nocuta cpu cooler.

...rather less,because your cpu has a tdp of 105 watt,it gets quite hot...ex. i use a ryzen 7 5800x which also has a tdp of 105 watt in combination with an aio 360 mm...with super quiet noctua fans...
