Is this docking station compatible with my ThinkPad T460s with USB-C 3.0.? Only the T460 is listed on the compatibility list, but not the T460s. According to the info on the DisplayLink website it should work? Has anyone had any experience?

I had already tested it with several devices that were not on the list (e.g. Porsche Design BOOK ONE) and it worked.

Since it is also a Lenovo product and the T460 works well, there is nothing against it.
You will just have to install the LAN driver separately.
And it may be that you have to connect a keyboard or mouse directly to the device for it to work properly (with PD BOOK ONE it was laggy when I connected it to the dock - with other devices this was not necessary).

I think it's a great docking station.

In the past, digitec has also been very accommodating when exchanging/returning a docking station that didn't work as desired.
