Is this station compatible with a Zenbook pro 15 UX580GD (DC In Jack charging port)? If not, can I use it without the charging function?

The docking is not compatible with your laptop, according to Asus the models that are supported are the following: P4540, B9440, UX390, T303, T305.

Here is a compatible model: ASUS Mini Dock (HDMI, USB Type-C, USB Type A)
However, it is currently out of stock.
