The Samsung LS27C902PAUXEN is height-adjustable. However, this is "only" 28", but 5K and costs twice as much.

No, this version is not height-adjustable. Only the inclination can be changed. I have a height-adjustable table, which is more important to me. I can't answer the second question (where height-adjustable).
