Question about 106R03475 - 381583

I have not printed 100 pages in colour with a new yellow cartridge and already the message comes up again that the cartridge is empty ... The printer was purchased in 2020 and the yellow cartridge ran out very quickly (only a few pages printed). When the current cartridge is shaken, it is noticeable that there is still ink in the cartridge, but the message that the cartridge is empty still appears. Is there anything I can do to use the cartridge? At almost 90 francs for a few pages of colour printing, dissatisfaction is probably appropriate.
