Listening to music via the mobile phone and pairing with it works perfectly. However, the headphones do not show up when I try to pair them with the laptop. How do I put these headphones into pairing mode?

Hi,

Please make sure that you pair one of the compatible devices. Both devices must have the same Bluetooth profiles and versions. You can find the technical specifications of the device and the compatible devices on Sony's support page.

When the headphones are connected to the mobile phone, they are not automatically displayed on the laptop (and vice versa), even if they have already been paired with both devices. Switching from one device to the other must be done via the Bluetooth settings on the mobile phone or laptop. First, of course, the headphones must be paired with the laptop. To do this, hold your fingers on the sensors of both handsets for 5 to 10 seconds.
