Microphone on Rodecaster Pro II sounds through the headphones as if a "chorus" effect is on. It seems as if the microphone signal arrives twice at the headphones. The recordings of it and played samples sound correct. What can I do? (I deactivated all effects during testing and also tried different mics and headphones - always the same problem).

Others have found that the microphone monitor has a delay. This means that you hear your own voice twice. This is due to the processing delay of the DSP.

Not sure if this is the problem you describe.
