Dead after 2 days, not turning on, and the Display not working when I connect to the charger, pretty sure was at least 70-80% charged but suddenly found it all off, any way to reset since I don't have the possibility to go to post it back to digitec in this pandemic these days.

If the display does not work> return it. The charger is not included. What did you use?

I had the same problem. Short call and Digitec sent me a new device :D

I used normal wall plug 25w with original Samsung typc cable to charge
