Question about Sony Inzone M9

One of the main reasons why I chose this monitor is the 65 W that Digitec states in the specifications. However, there is nothing about this in Sony's official technical data. My MS Surface Pro 8, which comes with a 65 W power supply, unfortunately constantly complains about a "slow charger". Three different USB C cables (also USB 3.1) have unfortunately not helped so far. Which cable do I need to use to get the 65 W to my MS Surface Pro 8? Is the "Club 3D USB4 Power Delivery" (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/club-3d-usb4-power-delivery-080-m-usb-kabel-14447525) enough or do I need the Thunderbolt 4 cable from MicroConnect (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/microconnect-thunderbolt-4-thunderbolt-4-1-m-thunderbolt-video-kabel-20699250)?

Okay, if I understand the question correctly, you want to charge your tablet via a USB C cable on the monitor. And apparently you need at least 65 W to do that. According to TheVirge.com, the maximum output of USB C ports is only 15W. So all USB C cables are useless, I would say.
