What is the difference between the 700p and the 700x?

In general :

- 700p is made for the Playstation
(PlayStation®5*, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®4 Pro, Nintendo Switch™** Via a wireless USB transmitter).

Sony has indicated that the PS4™ headsets will work on PS5™. Turtle Beach expects the Stealth™ 700 Gen 2 to be compatible with PS5™ and will confirm this once testing is complete.

Wireless compatibility for the Nintendo Switch is supported

via USB connection in dock mode only.

The Turtle Beach® Stealth™ 700 Gen 2 wireless gaming headset for Xbox One and Xbox Series X features Bluetooth® technology and major improvements in comfort, durability, battery life and audio performance.
