Question about Samsung Galaxy A34 5G
Samsung has been supplying this mobile with Android 14 since November 23, but the spec on this product says Android 13. Is this information still correct and if so, how do I get version 14?

It is possible that the device still has Android 13 installed when it is delivered. The update is then either loaded during setup or you can install it later in the settings under Software update. This is all done automatically via an internet connection.
