Situation: CPU definitely dead. Probable cause of death: Overvoltage caused by mainboard in conjunction with memory bars >5200 MT/s. Can someone please tell me how I should proceed: I bought the AMD Ryzen 7700X from Techmania via the Digitec shop in July 2023 and have had nothing but trouble with it since the beginning. But now the actual supplier Techmania is insolvent and out of business. Ultimately the manufacturer is AMD, does anyone have a tip (URL?) on where I can register the warranty claim (RMA?)? Many thanks in advance for your help

Hello Fabian,
Thank you very much for your help.
Prior to my report here in the Community, I had already opened a new service case with you and from this I learnt that the actual marketplace retailer had ceased operations and that I should contact the manufacturer. (I only realised that Techmania and PCP apparently belonged to "Weltbild" from your message and the URL that was given...)
I looked at the link you mentioned and apart from opening a service case, no other point seems plausible to me - for example, "return product" doesn't really work either because I didn't buy the CPU directly from Digitec.
So I can only hope that Weltbild's insolvency administration will take care of my mundane and earthly request and settle it...
(please forgive the ironic undertone...)
