So i have a rog strix b 350 f motherboard and it says max 64 ram ddr4 3200 (oc). The question is will it run with my motherboard

Well, the specifications of the motherboard do not list ddr4-3200 RAM. So I wouldn't risk it. Even if it would run, it doesn't make sense to buy RAM that runs slower than possible. And also I wouldn't buy a b350 board anymore but the newer b450 chipset, just as a suggestion.
