Tuf has the slightly better cooler. Prime is the cheapest model. If you're not running a heavy OC and fan noise is of secondary importance, the Prime will suffice.

There is almost no difference. Tuf may have slightly better cooling, but according to my colleague it is also much bigger. I have Prime and can do undervolting or OC without any problems. For me, it makes no sense to pay more for Tuf
