Question about ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS

System does not boot! The yellow DRAM Q-LED always lights up directly after booting and after a few seconds the green boot Q-LED also lights up. I run the board with an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X and Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 2x, 32GB, DDR4-3200, DIMM 288. I have already booted with different RAM configurations and disconnected all peripherals. The BIOS screen is not even displayed. Updating the BIOS via USB BIOS flashback did not help either. (TGB550MP.CAP saved on FAT32 USB stick, flashback button pressed for 3sec, then wait 10min). No reaction. What other options do I have for testing before I send the board back as defective?

Hi,
I set up the same system this afternoon. At first, my system got stuck in the bios. I should press DEL or F2 but no reaction. Bios Flashback helped. I have the same board as you mentioned but my bios file is called TGB550PS.CAB Are you sure I selected the right bios?

Everything went smoothly for me, including the bios update and switching off the useless colour orgy around the case. I am very satisfied.

Did you have the box switched off for the BIOS flashback? I also did it wrong the first time. And otherwise the CLR BIOS jumper on the board times with the system switched off with a screwdriver for 5 sec. greetings fieryjack
