The delivery includes a protective cover, but there was no cover included.

That's right, I bought the phone on 26.12.2020, in Switzerland the case has to be bought separately, it is also more expensive than abroad (high price island!). I was also promised a Galaxy Watch free of charge, but I still haven't received it by the beginning of February 2021...
