The device cannot be connected to lan or WLAN. The WLAN is displayed, but the error message #timeout# appears. The Lan is also displayed, but a connection cannot be established. Interestingly, I had a WLAN connection for a short time on the first day, but the next day it was gone again. Device has already been reset to factory settings once . No success. This also means that the #soundmate# app cannot be used for control. At least DAB+ and Bluetooth work. Does anyone know the solution?

There is only one answer - unfortunately: return the device! I hope this is still possible. Even if this problem is solved with some kind of solution, the next weak point will come up. Cancel the purchase or make use of the warranty until a return is possible. Then: Buy the DABMAN i550. It works! It doesn't have as many connections and the (really great) equaliser from the i560 isn't included, but the bottom line is: JOY!
