The headphones can be connected to the iPhone. However, it does not work with the Macbook Air (2015, OS Catalina 10.15). The headphones are not displayed on the Bluetooth devices, although the headphones are in pairing mode. I have already tried to hold the headphones as close as possible to the Mac and have also reset the Bluetooth module. Unfortunately, still without success. What can I do?

You can enter a warranty claim via the order process at Digitec and will then be forwarded to B&O.

That should work, it works fine for me. I would contact B&O customer support. Their customer & RMA service is excellent (I've had to use both).
