We are using a Busylight with our softphone Mitel MiVoice 2380 as a test. The optical call signalling works (Busylight flashes red on incoming call), but not the acoustic one. Does anyone have any advice on how to solve the problem?

Not true for Mitel explicitly, but if I were you, I would still consult this page https://www.plenom.com/downloads... even if I supposedly don't understand it - Thanks for the nice review :-)
