We have received a lot of these monitors in the shop over the last few weeks. For many users, the LAN connection drops out after 1 hour. Does anyone know the problem and if so what would be the solution? Many thanks in advance

On Win 10 I had to install the right drivers

I would proceed as follows
1. remove all cables from the monitor. Then first plug in the power and then the mains cable and try.
2. if this does not help, check the power supply.
Basically, I would assume that something is wrong with the network, as several are affected.
