We have WLan with 5G 1. what does not work then? 2. does it work with Apple HomeKit, are there any restrictions?

As far as I can tell, the vacuum cleaner can ONLY connect to a 2.4Ghz network. 5Ghz is not recognised at all. The vacuum cleaner can therefore not be used. Nowadays, however, the vast majority of routers can transmit 5 and 2.4 ghz networks simultaneously. The routers from Swisscom, Sunrise, Wingo and co. can do this without any problems. this may simply have to be switched on on the Management side of the router. Hope that helps :)
