When I connect my PS5 to the monitor there is no sound coming out and also I'm not on a PC but on a PS5 so I don't know how to change the refresh rate as it's stuck at 60hz.

The 60Hz must come from your PS5. There are different modes you can choose from. For example 4k @30hz or 1080p @60Hz. I don't have a console myself, but try changing this in the PS5 options. On the PC it would be the same, you would have to set it in Windows, not on the monitor itself. Hope that helps you.

The monitor always runs at the frequency and resolution that comes from the device. Your PS5 will never come close to what the monitor can do. That's why you buy a PC if you want really good picture quality. Sony's advertising claims are fake. You'll never have more than 60Hz.
