I have installed the part in an old Antec enclosure. Your enclosure needs 7ben slot covers for installation. If it has these, nothing stands in the way of installation.

Yes, as already mentioned, it needs the 7 card space.
However, if you still have crossbars in it, you will have to remove them because otherwise they will cover the connections of the card.
