Will this work well with a 2016 15" MacBook Pro?

With my 2015 MacBook Pro it works well with the full resolution (2560 x 1440) over thunderbolt.
(3840 × 2160 Pixel would also be possible, so you could go for the 32" Monitor with the 3840 × 2160 Pixel resolution)
