Hello How can I install the foot pedal? Unfortunately it does not work!

Pedal is not recognised in the DSS Player Standard Transcription Module. Downloaded software with correct licence number. Tried various USB connections. Set the Olympus mode on the Foot Switch Configuration Tool (sometimes falls back to keyboard mode). What can I do?

Hello, is this suitable to be used for gaming !? and are the buttons “one click” only or capable of “holding down” as well? Appreciate a reply.

Helpful answer

The secretary uses it to type dictacted letters. Never used for gaming. ?Buttons' can be held down (fast forwar, rewind, listen etc.)
