Can the printer or scanner save the scanned document to a NAS as a PDF?

It's funny when the AI starts to get inventive... tragic when the faulty output is reproduced 1:1. The printer can save a PDF file to a share without additional software. The following scan destinations are supported by the printer (without scripting!):
- Scanning to network folders
- Scanning to SharePoint
- Scanning to a USB flash drive
- Scan to mail
- Scan to PC
Of course, HP also provides software. This can be downloaded directly from the HP website. The complete instructions for the printer are available here: https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public...
HP provides everything else here: https://support.hp.com/de-de...

The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4302fdw can save scanned documents as PDF, but this requires some configuration steps and the use of additional software or settings.

- The printer itself does not provide a direct function to automatically save scanned documents to a NAS (Network Attached Storage). however, you can configure the scanner to save files to a network location using the printer's software and network settings.
- You can use the HP printer software on your PC to save the scanned documents to a NAS by setting the network path and user permissions correctly.
- An alternative method could be to use a NAS system with special scripts and configurations as shown in the PDF network printer example, but this is more complex and requires specific technical knowledge.
