No, I have SumUp and I confirm that neither Twint nor Postcard is accepted. In fact, it is an English organisation that manages this and PostFinance or Twint is too complicated.
According to the brand's website:
"You can accept any credit or debit card displaying the Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover / Diners logo as well as contactless (NFC) payments via Google and Apple Pay."
