Has anyone else from Galaxus received the received the black and white printer 4102 instead of the colour printer 4302? It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, didn't arrive on Saturday either, when I asked for it, it suddenly said "delivery date unknown", then "re-ordered from manufacturer" and suddenly the black and white printer was delivered on Tuesday. What an unnecessary extra effort now - repacking, complaining, sending it back, they wanted a photo of the EAN, ... Now it's 120CHF more expensive in the shop
