Question about HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4302fdw

I bought this printer, but I can't print in colour. I've looked in the print settings, but there's no "colour" tab. What's more, printing takes a very long time. more than 6 seconds to open the print window (with my old printer 1-2 sec.), but especially 45 seconds to open the "printer properties" window. Do you have any ideas?

I can't confirm this at all. printing via wifi, no problems at all printing from windows. works without any problems from other devices whether windows, android, iphone

how do you print? USB? try other types of connection

I have installed the following:
HP Smart App (windows)
printer driver is HP Smart Universal Printing
