Question about Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1500
My wifi is not detected (neither main wifi nor guest wifi). I have a Netgear Nighthawk R7000P router, 2.4 + 5 ghz enabled, WPA2-PSK [AES]. Never had problems with any device and all other connected devices at this location give full wifi signal strength, but the ix1500 just doesn't list the wifi network (most other wifi networks here show up). Even when i manually enter the SSID, authentication method and key, the network is not found. Is there any incompatibility with netgear routers or something?
Ok, I found out.
The ix1500 only recognises 2.4Ghz networks. If the 2.4 and 5 ghz networks of a router both have the same SSID, then the ix1500 cannot connect (i.e. you have to assign different SSIDs to the 2.4 and 5 ghz). Too bad

Hello, I had the same problem after switching from my Wifi to Netgear Orbi. I had to change the settings so that older devices could also be recognised. After that, my scanner found the wifi again. So it should be the setting.
