Logged into the HP website as well, you need to upload the SN of the device, the type of printer and the invoice from the dealer you bought the printer from to the HP link.

Works well - was paid for within 3 weeks (CHF 100).
What doesn't work due to a bug is the double-sided scan (I have a Mac, so this may play a role). It is not clear when/if this will work again

Hi. I've just done the cashback thing. It works perfectly. On the HP page you can see from which amount which caschback is paid. Hope this helps you.
