What should I do if the registration does not work? I have the Pen+ ellipse and a Samsung Note 9. It is not working at the moment.....

It didn't work for me for ages either, except with the tablet. I then contacted Moleskine directly. They gave me a small but important hint to activate Bluethoot and the location on the mobile phone, and lo and behold, it then worked without problems to connect/register.
