Hello No on a wall only small things lift I have Velcro on the wall but from the strong Velcro I hung a picture that lifts a year now.

Thank you for the question. I can't say exactly. I would also have my doubts on concrete. I use it myself on a smooth, sealed surface. It holds perfectly there. On concrete, I would clean the "glue spot" well (no dust or the like) and try it with a comparable weight. - Or completely different with a picture rail on the ceiling or a small picture shelf etc. Good luck!
