Designer Mario Trimarchi drew inspiration for the geometric design from the Stanza dello Scirocco – a magical room in the country houses of Sicily. People retreat here to escape the sultry heat and the dreaded Scirocco wind. The extravagant shape of the bowl consists of rectangular plates of varying sizes, connected in a seemingly fragile construction. Use the bowl for fruit, bread, or as a decorative design piece.
