Kengeler1 year ago000Dear Galaxus team, you helped me find out that this is exactly the product I was looking for. Twice now you (or a supplier?) have packaged it so that it arrives damaged. I can't pick it up, and I can't even have it delivered via the post office (which perhaps interprets the "glass fragile" label correctly?). Why? (To offer a product in a form that the customer cannot use???????) Is there really no solution?
